Job description / Role
Managing overall functions of the production units, production planning, controlling operations.
Shall be responsible for procurement, quality assurance, employee management, system development and ensuring profitable operation of the business unit.
Periodical marketing plans, managing marketing and sales operations of the asphalt plant.
Requirements
The candidate should possess strong understanding of the latest developments in asphalt production and technical skills.
BSc in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with 15-20 years experience, with minimum 5 years in a similar capacity within the GCC.
Excellent communication skills & English language.
