The RoleThe RoleA leading Tier 1 Investment Bank in Saudi Arabia requires a first rate Asset Management Operations Manager to manage their Trade Management operations after an enviable period of growth and success. The Role Review current process for Trade Management, make suggestion to improve processing efficiency and lead implementation. Lead selection/testing and implementation of new Order Management Systems and Software Confirm trades with brokers on Trade Date. Communicate all settlement information to the appropriate custodian, and broker. Ensure accurate portfolio positions are reflected on the internal systems Liaising with the legal advisors, consultants, custodians, brokers, banks, auditors and any other professional service providers. Maintain and record all formation documents, prime brokerage and brokerage and custody accounts, ISDAs and give-up agreements for all managed accounts. Work with other Investment Operations departments and Investment teams to improve processing efficiency. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Requirements At least Bachelor Degree and 4 years of experience in Operations Management / Middle Office etc. preferably with an Asset Manager. High potential individual capable of growing with the division and becoming the operations team head. Product knowledge Equities/FX. Detailed understanding of settlement cycle/practices. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines. Strong PC skills, specifically Excel skills (Advanced + VBA). Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
