Employment: Full Time

We are currently representing a leading property management group, who have operations accross the Middle East and Gulf region. They are currently recruiting for a Real Estate Assets Manager to manage a grouped portfolio of buildings in Cairo.

This area includes retail, f&b, clinic and office spaces. It is a fantastic opportunity, in a rapidly expanding company.

Asset Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop an assets management strategy through resourcing services, identifying financial sources and establishing a budget
• Space planning, and improvement of space usage
• Monitor cost and work towards optimising the facilities financial performance
• Marketing the properties through planning events and signage
• Provide customer support through engineering, and actively responding to any complaints
• Collections of rent, utilities payments and car parking
• Coordinating with the Facility Manager for FF&E
• Support operations by supervising staff, and administrative systems. Maintain administrative staff through recruitment and training.

Requirements

Asset Manager requirements:
• 15 years’ experience in property or real estate
• 7 years’ experience in an Asset Management position
• Experience managing a large property or set of buildings
• Ideally with experience in hotels, commercial malls, administration offices, residential compounds or hospitals
• Degree educated in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance
