The RoleThe RoleBrief Outline of Job responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain a central inventory management process to control all IT assets mobilization. 2. Ensure central IT asset inventory database accuracy to tract detailed asset information. (e.g. name, Location, maint./upgrades) 3. Ensure deployment of new IT assets conform to agree standards. 4. Provide source of information for all IT about asset delivery and aging. 5. Coordinate IT Fixed asset management with SS accounting, annual physical IT asset inventory & submit certification. 6. Maintain IT inventory database (i.e. asset location, configuration, assignment etc) up-to-date within area of responsibility. 7. Maintain hardware/software licenses and warranty certifications, build up a knowledge base for the section. 8. Manage within area of responsible IT asset utilization and disposal (HW, SW) using the central inventory management. 9. Implement preset operational standards and procedures. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducational Qualification required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Experience required:8 yrs Special Skills & knowledge: 1. Asset controlling and monitoring, Configuration management data base work experience skills. 2. Statistical analysis knowledge and reporting skills, excellent communication negotiation influencing skills. 3. Mentoring and coaching ability, Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to customers. |
