The RoleThe RolePurpose: Working closely with the UAE based finance team to manage all finance functions for the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: Purchase Ledger Updating creditors details Creditor's settlements/payments Check/Code purchase bills and get approval from PL and finally book onto the system Sales Ledger Prepare monthly invoices as advised by PL and submit to client Prepare inter-company invoicing Update debtors details on accounting system Prepare Aged Accounts Receivable Schedule monthly Management of Banking & Bank Reconciliation Preparation of Daily Bank transactions sheet / Chequebook Register / Book onto System Looking after petty cash requests Bank and Credit Card reconciliations Deal with all bank related transactions/correspondences Payroll Preparation & processing of Payroll Journal entries General Ledger Filing: financial Deal with all other financial matters in connection with daily financial operations |
RequirementsRequirementsPerson Specification: Proficiency in Word & Excel Experience of Accounting System, preferably Agresso Good Communicating skills Good Organisational skills Ability to work in a team |
