Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Attend weekly team and stakeholder meeting.
2. Assist in the review of land acquisitions request and documents in accordance with approved processes.
3. Work with CAD/GIS Analysts to produce required plans.
4. Assist in data analysis, data collections and reporting.
5. Assist in liaising with government bodies to ensure procedures are successfully implemented.
6. Assist in the follow-up of deliverables, and actions of the program processes.
7. Assist in monitoring and continuous tracking of target performance and provide results and reports to management team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in relevant field (preferred), Four year diploma qualification in a related field (essential).
2. Minimum of five years experience in similar role, Minimum two years experience of handling land acquisition processes in Qatar (preferred).
3. Competent in Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Knowledge of land acquisition policies and procedures.
5. An understanding of infrastructure and public realm projects.

1. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and Arabic (essential).
2. Solid problem solving, decision-making, and creative thinking ability.
3. Ability to manage processes, organize and analyze information.
4. Confident and able to work well under pressure. Flexible approach to work and the ability. to multi-task. Ability to work on own initiative or as a member of a team.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
