The Role


The Role


* Follow audit program for the area assigned by the Senior Auditor. Examine the previous audit report to ensure that all the recommendations made the audit and agreed by the company have been fully implemented.* Conduct a sample check based on the risk based methodology on all transaction relating to the payments to overseas as well as the local suppliers and verify all payments due to the company to ensure that they are properly documented, approved and authorized by as per the Schedule of the authority. * Review all outstanding debts and collections and ensuring that all credit authorization or any adjustment in the existing limit is properly documented and authorized as per the Schedule of the Authority both in terms of the money value and time limit to avoid any loss of money or litigation.* Conduct surprise cash check and examine the disbursement statement to ensure that the cash is being handled as per prescribed rules, and established procedures and that adequate safety and security measures are in place.* Ensure that the System and Procedure Manual, QPR processes are implemented through out the company. * Obtain and examine sufficient appropriate audit evidences in support of the audit finding and discussing the same with the Audit seniors. and prepare an audit report along with the recommendation and submit to the Senor Audit for perusal and issuance of report.* Carry out store visits as per plan by completing the security safe and store visit checklist.* Report store visit findings to the Store Audit Supervisor.* Supervise random inventory counts as required by the Assistant Audit Manager.

* Graduate in Commerce, Part qualified accountant. * Good knowledge of  financials as well as system audit gained through formal training or work experience* Good interpersonal skill High mathematical acumen. Ability to work in multinational environment Dynamic and proactive personality Attention to details and concern for quality* Around 1-3years of experience in the same field
