Assistant Boutique Director

Salary: 1450 Kuwait Dinars plus bonus plus commission

Edge Resourcing is searching for an Assistant Boutique Director to join a very successful high end luxury fashion and accessories Flagship Boutique, based in Kuwait. Working alongside the Area manager you will be key in driving high levels of customer service, maximising sales, developing VIP relationships, and managing the day to day operations of the Boutique.

The successful candidate will:
• Inspire, motivate, train and develop a team of 35+ sales specialists.
• Maximise sales performance, customer service levels and conversion rates within the team.
• Ensure each team member is assigned sales goals and monitor their achievement.
• Be a brand ambassador, manage clientele development and build strong VIP relationships.
• Implement merchandise concepts in line with brand guidelines and local market preferences.
• Conduct regular store meetings.
• Coordinate Sales promotional activities, trunk shows, and contests.
• Oversee stock management, inventories and minimize stock loss.
• Ensure the Boutique’s optimum performance at all times.

Requirements

• 5+ years retail experience with at least 1 year of management expertise within a luxury retail environment.
• Able to lead, motivate and train your team. Be an inspiring manager.
• Passion for luxury retail and a strong understanding of the luxury retail environment.
• Commercially strong with proven ability to help increase performance.
• Strong interpersonal, communications and organization skills.
• Must be based in Kuwait already with a strong understanding of the local retail environment.
