Job description / Role
Reporting to: Marketing Manager-Oral Care
Other interactions:
Working in close collaboration with distributors and local subsidiaries, candidate will define and implement action plans for his/her product segments
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: March 2015
Probation: 3 Months
Working Hours: Sun-Thurs 9am-6pm
Objectives:
The candidate will be owner and responsible for specific territories and/or categories.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare panels and financials analysis. Reporting to management.
- Prepare monthly commercial discipline and presents to distributors/trade marketing teams: commercial planning cycles, pricing analysis cycles.
- Planning of annual new product grids and promotional grids.
- Leads new launches implementation, recommend and manage portfolio. Handle processes and contacts with internal innovation, sourcing and sales teams.
- Define go-to-market strategies (sales presentations, pricing, promotional strategy etc)
- Develop design and artworks for changes and new launches.
- Create in-store activation (graphics, materials) and follow-up implementation with internal retail marketing teams and distributors.
- Follow-up budget and handle invoicing.
- Is key contact on the categories for internal and external stakeholder (finance, customer development and logistic teams).
- Develop visuals and validate communication supports on the categories.
- Handle logistic issues and had hoc requests.
- Contribute and participate to annual plan preparation and presentation to the division
- Execute specific analysis and/or presentation for developing the business.
Requirements
- BSc / Master's degree
- 4 years experience in consumer-oriented companies
- FMCG experience
