The Role:
Responsible for assisting with planning & managing the full merchandising cycle, from sourcing to profits & sales forecasting & the designing, costings, sampling, distribution & follow-up of orders.

Responsibilities:
* Understand the specifications & style details side of specific market requirements & cultural prefereces and act as a bridge between designers & suppliers.
* Develop excellent relationships with suppliers and manage stock distribution throughout the market.
* Support & maintain a buying strategy which matches customer profile, market requirements & the direction of the business. Influence and persuade peers on the direction of buying strategy.
* Support buyers & merchandisers & assist in formal training of store team
* Liase with suppliers for seasonal information on product training/catalogues & lookbooks/collection images.

* Preferably Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Master in Business Administration
* Excellent written & spoken English
* Excellent communication & people skills
* Expert MS Office user with advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of high street fashion & luxury goods required
