Job description / Role
My client a leading, well respected group of companies with a presence in over 20 countries are currently in need of an Assistant Category Marketing Manager to join to the FMCG - Foods business unit
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for developing plans & executing projects & initiatives that support the broader short & long term strategy of the assigned category (s)
The role will also require monitoring, advising & maintaining brand integrity and synergy in line with the vision of the company
Requirements
In order to be considered for the role, the successful candidate MUST match the following criteria;
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing
- 3-5 years of RELEVANT FMCG (ie food) experience
- ATL & BTL advertising
- Familiar with brand performance metrics, markets & consumer research insights
- Familiar with concepts of brand positioning, perceptual mapping & brand associations
- Fluent in Arabic & English
