The RoleThe RoleJOB PURPOSE Assist the Customer Service Coordinators in performing all transactions required in the new company registration process including and not limited to obtaining necessary information, recording data into systems, collection of fees, handling customer inquiries; Ensure all transaction are processed in a timely and efficient manner with high levels of customer service. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Review/ audit inquiry & application forms and other new registration related incoming documents to verify completeness and accuracy; Coordinate with the customers to obtain any missing information/ data on the prescribed forms. Enter data of customers and other related information (e.g. reserved trade names) of incoming registration requests into the system in a timely and accurate manner. Collect prescribed fees for new registrations from the customers; Provide receipt/ payment voucher to the customers. Maintain records of applications made and fees collected. Issue and handover registration documents to customers once registration is approved by the relevant entities and effect necessary updates on the system. Handle/resolve/forward for resolution (as applicable) to the Team Manager any problems becoming apparent during the registration process. Reply/handle/forward customer questions to designated teams (as applicable) and provide advice (upon request) to the customers on policies, procedures, and regulations related to new company registration; Ensure high quality services in all customer interactions. Perform any other special tasks as required by the Team Manager. |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills Required Skills: •Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. •Good communications and presentation skills. •Good interpersonal skills. •High attention to details. •Strong quality focus. •Demonstrated sense of integrity. •High proficiency in English and Arabic communication. •High proficiency in the usage of computers and standard office applications. •Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience. Education: Minimum of Secondary School or equivalent from a recognized institution |
