The RoleThe RoleMajor developer in Qatar is looking for an Assistant to intermediate level Development Managers. Exciting opportunity to join one of largest developers in Qatar to work on some of the most prestigious projects in Qatar. The role is to manage the development process of allocated projects. Through careful monitoring and coordination, ensure that the company’s objectives for the assigned projects are being met by the respective divisions. Coordinate and cooperate with various departments to assure the delivery of high quality mixed use, residential or retail developments. Establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive reporting and control systems to guarantee that the company is able to monitor all aspects of the development process including time, cost, value and scope. |
RequirementsRequirements• Degree qualified in Property Studies, Engineering, or Project Management is essential. • Ideally with a degree or masters in commerce/finance would be an advantage. • A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. • Either a background in development management or project management. • Middle East experience not essential. • Major project experience and a stable background essential. |
