Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 15,000 18,000

A large leading luxury retail group based in the UAE are currently looking to appoint an assistant customer communications manager in the integration of direct to consumer contact planning for their loyalty customers and ensure continued improvement in returns from customer marketing activity.

The successful candidate will:
- Drive collaborative CRM campaigns by liaising with the Marketing Operations and Retail BU teams on a day to day basis and ensure that below the line activity is integrated.
- Determine the targeting criteria for consumer marketing activity in coordination with Marketing Operations and BU teams to ensure appropriate coverage and effective communication to the customer.
- Develop and implement required communication in coordination with Programme Team and Marketing Operations / BU teams to ensure is represented appropriately through the inclusion of offers unique to customers.
- Ensure the introduction of best practices for email, SMS and DM design campaigns by providing direction to the development team.
- Implement campaign management processes, business rules, technology deployment and enhancement with in the function to ensure efficiency and economies of scale.
- Working with the Analytical function, prepare and publish campaign performance reports with ROI analysis for all campaigns.
- Archive all campaign material from brief to creative execution along with cost benefit analyses and performance reports for future reference.
- Review campaign performances to identify effectiveness of customer marketing activity and determine key learnings to ensure continued improvement in below the line marketing activity.
- Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles.

Requirements

- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in Marketing / Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of multi-channel direct marketing experience including email marketing.
- Computer Literate.
- Ability to understand business issues and analytical data to create marketing campaigns.
- Good communication skills and organisation skills.
- Attention to detail.
