Job description / Role
The Company:
Established in the 1989 and following this as a shareholder company in 2010, our client is a leading supplier of shares, bonds, Sukuk bond and mutual funds to the local market in Bahrain.
They are looking to recruit an Assistant Director Risk Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Director of Risk
* Analyze operational risk.
* Setup new procedures & processes
* Ensure the development of internal risk controls across the organization, measure their effectiveness, and recommend remedial action
* Operations of the Company
* Perform the risk and control self assessment process
* Review the functional operations
* Reporting and measurement
Requirements
Qualifications & Experiences:
* Master degree preferred
* Relevant certifications
* Minimum 10 years of experiences in Risk Management
* Private sector knowledge
* Previous experience in a similar field
* Bahraini nationals
