Assistant Director of Sales

Salary: upto 26,000 AED

For over a decade, our Client has been at the forefront of the Middle Easts luxury real estate market. With an enduring passion for design and quality, the company has built a reputation for creating some of the most iconic and desirable properties in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon.

Established in 2002, they have delivered almost 11,000 units to date and has a development portfolio of over 26,000 units at various stages of progress and planning as of Jun 2014.

A global leader in branded real estate, developing over US$1 billion hotel and luxury serviced residences in the Burj area of Dubai, which will comprise the first Paramount Hotel & Serviced Residences in the region. This includes mansions, villas, luxurious apartments and a retail center all over Middle East country.

Due to their expanding portfolio of clients they are now seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join their team, who will be reporting to the Director of Sales.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate having excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets.

Requirements

Education
Business Administration or equivalent

Responsibilities:
* Managing a team of senior sales management professionals directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for Client Properties.
* Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance.
* Exposure to regional and global markets and ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets are key criteria.

Requirement
* Any Nationals with an overall experience of 7-12 years in the field of sales.
* Fluent in English written and spoken.
* Friendly and pleasant personality.
* Excellent negotiator.
* Should have up to date working knowledge of the Middle East as Direct Sales.
* Must be a dynamic Sales Professional with strong interpersonal skills as well as an energetic and enthusiastic team play.
* Good presentation and communication skills are a must.
* Preference would be given to candidates who have managed a team being at a senior sales position for the last 2-5 years handling Property Sales, or Life Insurance sales, or Bank, or FMC Distributor, or Sales Manager in Conference and Event, experienced in Luxuries Product.
* Valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus.
* Generates and acts on new ideas that add value to the business. Looks at different means to solve problems and address difficulties.
* Sets goals and strives to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination.
* Has a good understanding of the business environment and the impact their behavior has on the reputation of the company.
* Treats colleagues and clients in a manner which demonstrates integrity, honesty and fairness.
* Preferred Arabic speaking, Indian, Pakistani.
