The Service Division which employs over 375 people, primarily caters to the maintenance of HVAC systems and other electro-mechanical equipment and related services. They are now looking to hire an assistant facilities manager, to be based in Dubai Mall. |
RequirementsRequirements• Supervising a variety of maintenance duties with aspecialization in the area of general maintenance, preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance. • Ensures compliance with all applicable safety regulations, building codes and safety requirements. • Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. |
