Job description / Role
A well-established retail group in the UAE is looking for a highly skilled Assistant Facilities Manager to coordinate and supervise the operation of their facilities across Dubai.
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will handle the following responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning service MAC & CHURN service
- Project management service
- Space management service
- Contract-related services concerning facilities and leases
- Building management service
- Helpdesk services
- Mailroom services supervision
- Office Environment Health & Safety supervision

Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) with 5+ years of facilities management and/or related fields experience
- Excellent interpersonal/communication/presentation and group process skills
- Familiarity with bid evaluation, design, purchasing and accounting principles
- Experience with EHS basic requirements.
- Knowledge bid evaluation of vender selection/management.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Word, Power Point.
- With Valid UAE Drivers License
- Must be willing to work from the office in Jebel Ali.
- Good financial understanding of CAPEX and OPEX
