Assistant Finance Manager

Job description / Role

Our client a well known and global manufacturing business, are looking to appoint an Assistant Finance Manager to an exciting and newly created role.

The successful candidate will provide support to the finance and operations departments in terms of financial and non financial action to enable them to meet customer needs and organisational targets in a timely and efficient manner. They will provide business support in working capital management through cash flow and payment management. This role will also be key in the budgeting and forecasting.

Key duties will include:
- Timely Generation and Submission of Quarterly Cost and Transfer Pricing List. - Within group stipulated time.
- Support Factory for physical stock count / reconciliations in an efficient ways. - Within schedule of stock count.
- Budget and RFs - Within group scheduled time.
- Variance observation and controlling. - Once in every 10 days.
- Preparation and Submission of Supply Report - Within group stipulated time.
- Provide support of compliance team in managing and trimming down SOX / Mfgpro conflictions.
- Cash Flow Forecasting by 15th of every month.
- Provide support to Finance and Accounts team for day to day accounting.

Requirements

- The successful candidate will be currently working in a Manufacturing business in Saudi Arabia and will have a transferable IQAMA.
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- 5 Years Experience In a Manufacturing Business
