Job description / Role
- Document verification and controlling of GL, Receivable and Payable.
- Sales controlling and analysis of product, customer and project.
- Sales and cost price analysis.
- Customer receivable analysis and internal follow-up.
- Inventory controlling and analysis.
- Fixed Asset Management.
- Variance analysis to Budget and previous year.
- Ensure respect of procedure and best practice for internal control.
- Assist IT for testing of report requirement before going live.
- Monthly reporting and KPI.
- Assistance in budgeting and forecast.
- Assistance in Business Plan.
- Assistance to other accounting team members for entries and reporting.
- Assistance to closing up to finalization.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Internal Controlling and Audit.
- Excellent analytical skills, good communication skills and must be a good team player.
- Sound Knowledge of ERP.
- Very strong Excel knowledge (Understanding V-Lookup, Pivot and Functions etc.) with knowledge of PowerPoint.
- The ability to work effectively with large amounts information, drilling down into the detail and providing incisive high level overviews.
- M.Com/MBA in Finance
