Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Day to day accounting for the company in SAP and ensures proper maintenance of books of records and proper information system.
- Verification of Supporting for all expense statement, invoices etc and preparing payment documents and liaison with bank to ensure timely payment.
- Preparing the bank reconciliation and fund position statement on daily and monthly basis.
- Preparation of budget and monthly MIS of the companys entity and variance analysis with budget.
- Ensuring the timely audit of the companys entity.
- Liaison with bank to ensure smooth functioning of banking transactions of the company.
- Bank reconciliations
- Any other work allotted from time to time related to Global finance/Quarterly and yearly closing/ finance and accounting activity.

Requirements

- Graduate in Finance & Accounting, ideally studying towards professional qualification or fully qualified CA
- 5-10 years minimum in an similar role in a reputable international company
- Indian GAAP is a must have requirement
- At least 2 years UAE experience
- Sufficient experience with bank reconciliations, taking accounts to the finalization
- Excellent excel, word and power point knowledge
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels
