Employment: Full Time

Renowned as a market leader of global multi faceted security solutions the G4S UAE operation specializes in manned security solutions, outsourcing , Faculties management and electronic Security Solutions spanning a headcount of 11,000 across the country, we have a key requirement for a assistant Finance manager for our UAE operation.

Based in Dubai key responsibilities include:
- Analyze financial information to produce forecasts and budgets
- To actively lead the Annual Financial Budget and Annual Forecast exercise for the Business unit alongside Business Unit Heads.
- Ensuring the Budget /Forecast assumptions are comprehensively discussed with the Business unit heads, communicated and documented in a dynamic spreadsheet to be used in monthly variance analysis.
- To make sure the monthly financial closing is in time and P&L is free of error and in line with the budget and forecast assumptions.
- Provide key financial information within established timelines to the Finance Director in areas such as operating results and budget versus actual and report any issues with respect to planning and budgeting.
- To assist Business unit heads in monthly business trade review ensuring controls over Business costs and Overheads are communicated.
- To Assist Finance Manager in External audit, Group Internal Audit and Internal Financial reviews.
- To assist Business units in day to day financial operations and ensure the financial controls are strictly complied with.
- Proactively review efficiencies within the business and suggest improvements.
- To monitor budgeted CAPEX spent and proactively assess any deviations.
- Providing leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectives

Requirements

- 3- 5 years' experience within commercial finance environment
- A university degree and professional financial qualification such as CIMA, ACA, CFA, CPA
- Recent line management experience
- Experience in multi brand business and gulf region (desirable)
- Excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.
