They are now looking for a qualified and experienced Iraqi national to work as Assistant Finance Manager with extensive exposure in Finance, Accounts and Audit. Job Overview: Maintaining and closing the consolidated books on a monthly basis and delivering consolidated financial statements that are in compliance with the Reporting Standards. Operations Review: Identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance. Providing an interpretation of financial information. Monitoring cash flows and using the same to predict future financial trends. Formulating strategies to be used in the long-term financial plans for a business entity. Developing management mechanism in the finances department for purposes of minimizing the financial risks. Managing the accounting and monitoring systems for the companys finances. Working with auditors. Proposing and implementing improvements in accounting and reporting systems along with internal controls to facilitate accurate and timely reporting. Assisting with ongoing compliance efforts. Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the firm. RequirementsRequirementsSkills and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a year of hands-on Auditing exposure from BIG 4 is required. Must be Iraqi national. Finance or Accounting degree is required / CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent is attractive. Strong experience in financial statements, analysis, reporting and bank finance are essential. Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. Superior Level Communication skills. |
