Assistant Finance Manager
My client is a leading construction and property development company based in Dubai. They have a huge portfolio of iconic developments both in Dubai and other Emirates.
As part of on going expansion, they now require an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team immediately. The details of the job requirements are listed below:
Main Job Responsibilities: Finance & Analysis
Making monthly MIS, Preparing financial analysis.
Evaluation and preparation of annual budgets,
Preparation of management reports and executing adhoc reports & requirements.
Working knowledge of Accounts Receivables & Payables.
Managing - Invoicing & Collections and payment follow ups, bank reconciliation, preparation and finalisation of community financials as per IFRS,
Liaising with auditors
Assisting in ERP implementation
Making presentations to Owners association and answering their queries
Should have good experience in MIS and financial analysis.
Technical Skills (Main):
Qualified CA / ICWAI / CPA / CMA with 5+ years experience.
Good excel skills and exposure to Oracle systems preferred
Minimum 2 years & preferably from similar industry
Good communication and presentation skills.
Self motivated and energetic with drive to achieve results
Positive attitude, Must have a strong and pleasant personality and be assertive.
Ability to lead and drive change.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

17,000 per month (total package)
