Job description / Role
1. Manage the daily operations of a distribution center.
2. Oversee the printing, review and distribution of daily mail in advance of operations.
3. Supervise the unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring receipt of the proper quantities of all the products, as applicable.
4. Assist with the staffing and hiring initiative, as well as new hire onboarding.
5. Follow-up to resolve customer complaints and requests.
6. Delivery of the products, as needed
7. Planning and coordinating the procurement of the goods
Requirements
1. Post Graduate in Marketing/Sales
2. 8-10 years of experience
3. Excellent communication for marketing
4. Language Fluency in English, Hindi, local language of Oman.
5. Other skill set may include Performance Management, Giving Feedback, Project Management, Coaching, Foster Teamwork, Supervision, Staffing, Business Knowledge, Technical Leadership, Technical Management, Vision
