Job description / Role
The Assistant General Manager (Property Manager) in Oman would be expected to perform the following, but not restricted to, duties in order to successfully engage in Property/Portfolio Management:
Manage the portfolio of the client.
Able to give decisive and crucial advise regarding real estate investment.
Will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Will be expected to manage an array of real estate projects: commercial, residential, malls.
Requirements
The client is looking for an Assistant General Manager that would satisfy the following criteria:
Must have at least a BSc in Project Management, or similar.
Dynamic and motivated individual.
Excellent interpersonal skills and must be confident to communicate with senior levels.
Excellent control over the English and Arabic language.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to manage multiple teams as well as communicate between the internal departments.
Must be able to manage Facility Management, Project Management, and Operations teams.
Must be familiar with the real estate development market of the region and specifically Oman.
Has had previous experience with malls.
Must have 10-12 years of experience in real estate development in a managerial position.
