Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an internationally renowned FMCG company who has a major presence in the Middle East. Due to regional growth and internal promotions, our client is looking to hire an Arabic speaking Assistant HR Manager to join the organisation in their Jeddah office.
With an HR Manager in place who is responsible for the administration side of the HR function, this role will be focused on the extent of HR and will be seen as a management role in practice. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing policies as well as identifying legal requirements and government regulations. You will also be involved in recruitment, directing the team members focused on this activity. Additionally, you will investigate complaints and manage the performance appraisal process.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree as a minimum. You should have excellent knowledge of HR in Saudi Arabia coupled with recruitment experience within this field. In addition, you should possess exceptional organisational, communication and management skills. Arabic fluency is essential for this role.
