Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a company whose emphasis is on continuous improvement. Our client is looking to hire a vibrant and customer-focused Assistant Human Resource Manager / Senior HR Officer to join their team.
This is a 360 role supporting the HR Director. You will facilitate the performance management process and employee relations as well as follow through on the implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will also facilitate communication with line managers on HR issues. In addition you will be responsible for training and development along with managing the HR Budget, recruitment, payroll and all HR administration including visas.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's Degree in HRM or business administration and have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. A CIPD / PHR qualification would be advantageous. You should have good knowledge of the Qatari Labour Laws and strong Excel and Word experience. It is essential you are meticulous and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition you should be a passionate and ambitious individual who is ready to take on the next challenge in their career. Our client has stated a preference for a Western candidate.
