Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a Semi-Government organisation in Dubai, has an immediate requirement for an Assistant HR Manager - UAE Nationals only, to join their Corporate office in Dubai.

The purpose of the role is to manage the areas of Payroll and Employee Relations, ensuring efficient and effective processing of Payroll information and salary transfers whilst being present as the first point of contact for Employees across the various business units.


Managing end to end payroll process on the Oracle system.

Ensure that payroll is executed efficiently within a timely manner for 400+ employees.

Communication with employees from multiple business units and Senior Management on Payroll related queries.

Manages all reports relating to leave, absence, overtime and bonus calculations.

Overseeing administration in relation to payroll including verification forms for new employees.

Updating and maintaining Payroll records for existing employees.

Calculation and consolidation of monthly payments at the Corporate Level.

Responsible for managing Employee relations and also communication with Employees on queries, issues and grievance.

Providing timely solutions and responses to individual situations.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree Education

Must have experience processing Payroll through Oracle

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Tactful and diplomatic manner

Excellent communication skills is a must
