Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well known educational institutional who provide early childhood, primary and secondary schooling to children and young adults across the UAE.

In this role you will be working closely with the HR Manager in implementing Group HR initiatives into business unit by developing an implementation plan, communicating with business unit managers & providing any support where necessary to ensure managers understand new initiatives. You will also be dealing with contract preparation, operational admin, compliance and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

- Must have a degree in HR from a recognized university with at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Must have excellent knowledge of the 5 key domains of HR – Recruitment, training, performance management, personnel administration and benefits/compensation.
- Excellent reading, writing and verbal English and Arabic skills
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
