Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The ideal candidate will be a post graduate or MBA in HR with at least 5 7 years experience in Mid- Senior level. The candidate should demonstrate previous hands on experience in devising core HR systems including but not limited to competencies frameworks, learning and development systems and performance management with a parallel responsibility on routine HR operations as well as ensuring policy implementations. Previous exposure to an HR ERP preferably Oracle is a must. Strong interpersonal skills with good English and Hindi communication is required. Previous experience in the oil and gas industry as well as certification in CIPD / SPHR will be an added advantage.
