Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global company who is looking to hire an Assistant HR Manager to join their growing organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR & L&D, you will be responsible for the performance management and engagement practices to support high performance initiative.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the performance development system as well as the roll out of return and reporting surveys across the lower Gulf. You will handle all communication and change management project deliverables.
In addition you will be responsible for the end to end process to include 360 degree feedback, the organisation of all senior one to one sessions, benchmarking analysis on performance and engagement issues against competitors.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree in Human Resources and have experience working in a blue chip / professional services environment. You should also have proven experience of managing a team alongside excellent analytical skills.
It is essential you are fluent in English or Arabic and have an assertive and confident attitude. In addition you should have experience of working in a fast paced environment and have a positive approach.
