Assistant Human Resources Manager - Dubai

A European Construction business based in Dubai is looking to recruit a Assistant Human Resources Manager to work closely with the Senior HR Manager .

The role is to be based in Dubai covering the UAE for all of the Construction business units.

The 4 units consist of Buildings, Civil Engineering, MEP & Fit Out. This business are seen as a Market Leader not only within the GCC market but also within Asia & Europe.

My client are either seeking a HR professional that has strong experience in: Training & Development or Operations

Requirements

This individual will be managing a small team of 3-4 Junior HR officers that deal with Visas, Recruitment Drives, Manpower, Medicals, Labour Camps etc.

You will have a proactive attitude and will be keen to progress and develop you own career as well as being able to lead , motivate and manage others.

You will have strong communication skills with experience of managing European Commercial Managers & Project Directors.

You will be able to liaise and communicate from all aspects of the business running a tight diary and department .

The employer ideally would like to recruit someone Western Educated that has a strong experience within HR in the construction & engineering sector.

This individual will be based in Dubai at present with a strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations within the UAE. You will be able to attend a face to face Interview with the Senior HR Manager & Operations Director for the business.

For the right character the business will pay anywhere from 25-29,000 AED Per Month Plus Annual Flights, Medical & Bonus.

This role has arisen due to expanded growth within the organisation. The existing Senior HR Manager needs a strong personality to help take some of the work load and pressure thats comes with the increased work load.
