Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The broad description of the Assistant Liaison Officer is to assist the Stakeholder Manager in his effort to seek and obtain all the required approvals and permits for all aspects of the design and construction programs.

His/her main role is to insure that all technical standards, policies and procedures are adhered for during the process of obtaining the approval, permits and NOCs.

Requirements

- Preparing presentations and reports as needed
- Follow up on queries or clarification required from Stakeholders.
- Ensure that permits are effectively monitored and tracked throughout the program period.
- Interact with all internal Stakeholders (Qatar Rail, Employer Representative, Logistic Coordinator and D & B Contractor staff) in addition to external Stakeholders (MMUP, Ashghal, Various Utilities, Civil Defense, etc.)
- Attends meetings as needed.
