Job description / Role
One of the highest performing banks in the region, offering innovative banking products and financial services is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for TPS-CARDS-ATM Support.
Job Purpose:
- Provide Level-2 support for issues pertaining to ATM and related systems (Switch / NCR / Diebold/EJ and other ATM related applications)
- Track all incidents happened on the ATM and to ensure that proper RCA is available
- Work with datacenter team to set the bench mark for ATM availability and suggest constructive actionable to increase the availability
- Monitor ATM declines and take action, if any required
- Work with Business users to understand the issues and work closely on critical and escalated issues
- Work closely with Delivery team to understand the changes to the systems pertaining to ATMs for the smooth handover of change to support
- Vendor Management for ATM related issues
Requirements
- A computer degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT with production support experience for ATM.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good oral / written communication skills.
- Experience on NCR and Diebold ATMs along with skillset to diagnose issues on ATMs from Journal and ATM logs
- Experience on NDC+ and 91x protocols
- Experience in EMV acquiring. Past experience on EMV Certification would be an added advantage
- Technically good in any EFT Switch / ATM/ Settlement / reconciliation. Experience on Postilion would be an added advantage.
- Understanding of ATM Cards acquiring and clearing
- Understanding of Key management
