Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Company Introduction
- Overseas affiliated company of one of the Top 10 conglomerates in South Korea.
- Activity: General Trading & Regional Support to HQ.

Objective
- To support strategic decision & setting up business plan with quantitative & qualitative analysis.
- To develop and coordinate new and existing projects.
- To provide with report & presentation upon managements ad hoc request.
- To provide financial and market analyses in variety of industries.
- To engage in networking activities with partners and clients.

Reporting to
Senior Manager of Business Strategy Team

Working relationships
- Dubai based teams
- Group HQ and affiliates
- Ad hoc with external business partners

Key result areas
- Biz Strategy Support
- Coordinating communication with Clients / Partners
- Analyses of business environment and building up strategies
- Analyses of Market Mega Trend
- Building up New Business Plan in cooperation with Partners

Key tasks
- Coordination with Local Partner, through communication, analysis & planning.
- Provide reports & analysis of business, especially with regards to Sales performance, by developing support tools on a regular basis & upon request.
- Support setting up various business plans & strategies with qualitative & quantitative analysis.
- Coordinate management schedule, VIP visits, key conferences.
- Engage in networking activities with partners and clients.

Requirements

Desired skills
- Bachelors degree from a reputable University.
- At least 3 years pre-qualification experience, preferably in Middle East.
- Excellent documentation skills (MS Office, etc.) and highly numerate.
- Ability to draw together cross functional input and operations to a tight deadline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills / Strong written English skills / Critical & logical thinking.
- Progressive spirit and passion to the work.
- Positive hands-on and proactive mentality.
- Easily adapt him/herself to intercultural business environment.
- Fluency in English required. Fluency in Arabic and Korean desirable.

Work Experience
- 3+ years, preferably in Middle East.

Educational Preferences
- Bachelors degree

Foreign Language Ability
- Fluency in English required (Level 1)
- Preferably an Arabic/ Korean speaker
- Female Candidates Preferred

Working Hours
- 8am To 6pm (Sunday Thursday)

Term of the Contract
- 1 Year (Renewed Based On Employees Performance)

Vacations
- As Per UAE Labour Law

Flight Ticket :
- One Return Air Ticket To The Candidates Home Country Provided Once A Year, As Per The Company Policy
