Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Support strategic decision-making & develop business plan with quantitative & qualitative analysis
- Gather and analyse business information
- Perform market research
- Prepare business analysis (financial, marketing, operational, strategic)
- Develop and maintain Networks
- Develop and coordinate new and existing projects
- Develop reports & presentation upon managements ad hoc request

Reporting to: Senior Manager of Business Strategy Team

Working relationships:
- Dubai-based teams
- Group HQ and affiliates
- Ad hoc with external business partners

Key result areas:
- Supporting development of business strategies
- Coordinating communication with Clients / Partners
- Analysing Market Mega Trend
- Building up New Business Plan in cooperation with Partners.

Key tasks:
- Coordinate with Local Partner, through communication, analysis & planning
- Produce market reports & analysis on a regular basis & upon request
- Support developing various business plans & strategies with qualitative & quantitative analysis
- Coordinate management schedule, VIP visits, key conferences
- Engage in networking activities with partners and clients

Requirements

- Bachelors degree from a reputable University, preferably from a UK or a US University
- At least 5 years physical presence in UAE (studying/working), and at least 3 years work experience in the relevant field, anywhere in the world
- Excellent documentation skills (MS Office, etc.) and highly numerate
- Ability to draw together cross functional input and operations to a tight deadline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills / Strong written English skills / Critical & logical thinking
- Progressive spirit and passion to the work
- Positive hands-on and proactive mentality
- Easily adapt him/herself to intercultural business environment
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Arabic highly desirable.
