Assistant Manager - Commercialization
Our client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for Assistant Manager Commercialization who will be working intimately with the Director, Commercialization as well as other relevant marketing staff, support the development and delivery of all non-core income internally and externally. Develop and close 3rd party contract relationships to deliver high margin revenues. Ensure ancillary support to ongoing marketing thrusts to deliver heighten brand awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Implement the annual Commercialization Business Plan by location, opportunity, revenue and margin yields.
* Respond according to DOA and RAC matrices.
* Apply advertising Rate Card to quote deals that generate incremental revenues for the mall.
* Participate in Marketing Opportunity Audit and assist in generating corresponding time sensitive Concept Launch Plans.
* Understand and respect the sensitive balance between the integrity of the Malls branding image and the generation of high margin revenues.(substance over style).
* Work across functions and levels to respect and leverage existing and potential revenue developing initiatives.
* Target market and foster external Major Account Relationships of Interest, in concert with the Director of Commercialization and GM.
* Work with PR and advertising agencies in concept design and roll-out. Ensure contract compliance and delivery.
* Encourage piggy-back marketing by effectively designing, presenting and closing aligned, promotional concepts to external C-suite potential partners.
* Seek approval to engage 3rd party resources on a pro-temps basis as required; project manage project execution; liaise with all stakeholders internally and externally.
* Maintain active business and market awareness, and populate the BI database.
* Maintain an Opportunity Register.
* Participate as Mall Duty Manager (evenings/shifts/weekends), as required.

Requirements

Business Capabilities:
* Highly experienced in international, agency based commercialization techniques associated with large commercial facilities (eg. conference centers, malls, airports)
* Effective new account development skills; presentation and closing competencies.
* Responsive in engineering high output opportunity management.
* Proven track record of generating strong revenue profiles.

Interpersonal Skills:
* Respond to demands to work extended or irregular hours, according to program/project demands.
* Highly effective, flexible communications, capable of responding to diverse audiences.
* Creative, responsive, engaging, convincing style.

Education:
B.Com-Marketing, MBA
