The RoleThe RoleOur client, a large retail group, is looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of compensation & benefits for their human resources team. The job incumbent will work closely with the Head-HR on all matters related to compensation & benefit for the group. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe suitable candidate must possess at least 3-7 years of experience of working in the field of corporate compensation & benefits. The person should have strong analytical skills and be very sharp in dealing with numbers and reports. Candidates with prior experience in consulting for compensation & benefits are also welcome. Applicants for this role must have a background in economics/ statistics and a post graduate degree/ diploma in HR. |
