The RoleThe RoleAssistant Manager - Compensation and Benefits Approx. ₤38,000 - 45,000 p/annum Circa AED 20,000 a month Our client is a Manufacturing business with impressive expansion plans across the Middle East and North Africa. To support this growth, they are looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits professional to join their headquarters in Dubai. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, this represents a fantastic opportunity to progress your career and gain regional experience within an expanding HR team. As the Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will be wide ranging and include developing and implementing programmes, practices and processes across the region. You will need to support the annual salary planning and salary surveys for the business. This position will require strong experience in performance evaluation, payroll and benefits; therefore this should be evident in your application. As the successful candidate, you will have at least 5 years of HR experience, gained within a similar industry sector. You must be degree-educated and have a comprehensive understanding of UAE Labour Law.
