Job description / Role
A local bank in Abu Dhabi has a vacancy for an Assistant Training Compliance Manager. The role entails facilitating, maintaining and managing all required activities related to AML & Compliance Training for the organisation.
The role responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing in-house training programs for AML & Compliance regulations
- Periodic update of training material to include recent regulations
- Ensuring that best practices and international standards are updated periodically
Requirements
This role requires:
- Strong knowledge in international compliance standards and policies
- Fluent proficiency in English/Arabic
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 - 8yrs experience in a similar documentation role
- Experience in policy & procedure development is preferred
