Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for an Assistant Manager Corporate Finance who will execute an effective financial forecasting and planning process including monitoring and tracking company financial performance, Financial structuring and implementation of the financing strategy, Managing relationships with the investor community and rating agencies. Reporting to Senior Manager Corporate Finance and you will be responsible to;

Financial Structuring
Assist in implementing corporate funding strategy, evaluating the Companys financial structure and identifying various options and sources of capital including refinancing of existing facilities.
Follow-up with banks and financial institutions on Corporate and project funding arrangements.
Periodically monitor and review coverage ratios and various KPIs and issue regular reports for Executive Management and the Board.
Manage and monitor debt compliance and information requirements.

Business Plan and Forecasting:
Preparation, update and overall management of the 5 year Corporate Business Plan & Financial Projections.
Preparation and development of the Quarterly and Monthly financial reports, KPIs, and presentations in coordination with the Financial reporting function.
Review investment proposals for the Executive Management and the Board, conduct financial due diligence and prepare summary presentations for their review.
Monitor the Business Plan and Forecast for deviations and escalate to Executive Management as necessary.

Investor Relations and Credit Rating Agency Coordination:
Preparation, update and dissemination of information packs and presentations for the credit ratings agencies, equity and credit analysts, investors, and quarterly earnings calls.
Creates presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers and investors.
Maintain the Shareholder register.

Requirements

Business capabilities
4+ years of experience in corporate finance, fundraising and financial planning & analysis.
MENA Real Estate experience preferable.

Interpersonal skills
Excellent financial analysis skills.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail to ensure high level of accuracy.
High level of professional and personal ethical standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), adept at building strong relationships and team work.

Education
Bachelors degree in finance, or commerce, or economics or management from a reputable university.
Professional financial qualification e.g. MBA, CMA, CFA, CPA etc. is preferred.
