* Maintain Debtors and Commission payable databases in Excel to supplement limited information generated through Premia10 and to update both systems on a regular basis.
* Responsible for the preparation, interpretation and timely submission of regular Management Information including KPIs, branch performance reports ,debtors performance reports including aged analysis and ad-hoc Management Information with regard to performance of debtors and customer/channel profitability.
* Reconciliation of related Premia Accounts in the General Ledger with Excel databases.
* Reconciliation of commission payable as per GL with actual commission payable as per the debtors balances in Premia 10.
* Periodical reconciliation of debtors accounts with key brokers and other intermediaries, subject to availability of information from the respective intermediaries.
* Dispatch reminder letters for  unsettled dues from direct clientfollow-up until settlement or cancellation .
* To minimize justifiable complaints regarding debtors and commissions to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, the ideal candidatesmust possess the following qualifications:

* Holding a Bachelor's degree or Maters in Commerce.
* Having over 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in an Insurance Industry.
* Well-versed in MS Office applications (especially Excel), working knowledge in Premia will be an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
