Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE
- Manage end to end marketing campaign to help up sell and cross sell to existing customers.
- Manage and use all e-channels effectively and at optimum level to execute marketing campaigns.
- Streamline MIS & reports sent to business.
- Optimum usage of CRM, analytical & statistical tools available for campaign management and segmentation.
- Critical Business reports and segment portfolio management.

Quantifiable
- Financial, Process and Qualitative Objectives.
- Cross sell target.
- Revenue generation through segmented marketing campaigns.
- Optimum usage of all e channels available and effective channel management like SMS Banking and Online banking.

Non Quantifiable
- Drive customer value through fine tuning price and benefits for convenience & increasing revenue.
- Research, develop and select the best possible offering for the Customer consider numerous factors like target demographics, customer behaviour and value for executing the marketing campaigns.

Key Results Areas
- Enhance product awareness levels within ADCB & assist in reaching out to all segments of the customer base expatriates and UAE Nationals.
- Build on cross sell opportunities through various promotional offers so as to reduce cost of acquisition.
- Innovate on bundled value proposition to improve customer experience.
- Attract and increase volumes of new to bank good profile customers in addition to enhancing cross penetration levels.
- Reduction in Customer attrition.
- Promote ADCB services and offerings using the right offering and channel.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage CATS expectations by meeting requirements on call-out bases and tweaking product offerings. Run all campaigns through CRM and extract conversion details from there.
- Work closely with segment and marketing to design and roll-out ATM and E-Mail campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies and recording program notes with financial projections.
- Keep track of new products and services launched by ADCB from time to time
- Enhance bundled value propositions with new/attractive offers and sustenance campaigns.

Requirements

- Graduate with management qualification & sound knowledge of systems desired.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Banking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to be able to implement and coordinate new campaigns and programs, obtaining internal cross-functional support.
- The job involves a good understanding of the dynamics of the Assets and Liabilities business, especially from a revenue perspective.
- Excellent analytical skills are required to be able to track portfolio trends and identify weaknesses / opportunities.
- Given the wide range of problems faced, good creative and lateral thinking abilities enhance the effectiveness of the solutions provided in this job.
- Good PC skills and system / process understanding to enable the individual to be hands-on when involved with new product development, process automations and MIS generation.
