FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Manager - Dealer Sales to be based out of our Dubai National Parts operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for  developing and managing the country-wide FAMCO parts dealer network and achieving the sales and gross margin targets. The key responsibilities of your role will include, but not limited to; * Directing the parts sales activities of the UAE dealer network * Carrying out market surveys and identifying untapped potential in different geographical areas and customer groups, with the objective of increasing the parts availability throughout the UAE.* Recommending the appointment of dealers after assessing their capabilities and negotiation of commercial terms.* Setting performance targets for dealers, monitoring their performance and providing regular feedback to them.* Following up outstanding receivables from customers and ensuring payment before the due date. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe selected candidate will have the following; * Have a minimum of 5 years experience in parts sales. * Preferably hold a degree or diploma in engineering or a degree in marketing or similar qualification.* Strong customer service experience * A proven sales record with a thorough understading of the sales cycle* Proficiency in IT/computer literate would be preferred, ideally with an understanding of SAP * Relationship builder; the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers through selling techniques |
