Job description / Role
Assistant Manager - for dealers and retail outlets.
- Device sales and marketing strategy with the approval of the Manager - Mobiles to meet the requirement of the IR Channel.
- Leading the retail sales team in achieving the set objectives and sales targets.
- To ensure that adequate shelf-space and branding is done at the retail outlets as per companys standards.
- Device special promotions, bundles and offers and submit for Manager - Mobiles approval.
- Maintain cordial relationship with all the customers and partners.
- Report on the competitors activities, pricing and strategy regularly.
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by the sales executives to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of retail customers.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates as demanded by the retail market.
Requirements
Must have been employed in the business for at least 7 years with specific industry experience in retail sales.
Working experience as a Supervisor / Assistant Manager or has at least two year experience in retail sales.
Preferably Masters in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of Arabic language desirable.
