The RoleThe RoleAl Futtaim Finance (AFS), a Central Bank of UAE regulated entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Al-Futtaim Group, the leading business conglomerate of UAE. AFS specializes in providing a range of innovative consumer finance products to customers across the UAE.We are currently seeking an experience finance professional for the role of Assitant Manager. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the job holder will: * Assist in management of company accounts & financials * Ensure that payment are booked and accounted for in line with company guidelines * Assist in preparation of accounting process and provide input on policies * Book all the required entries in GL System including booking of Invoices and perform related process in the system. * Support the system setup and transition along with support in UAT and process * Single point of contact for Supplier Payments and reconciliation. * Support in Preparation of monthly Accounts (B/S, P&L, Cash flows etc.) as per IFRS and local Central Bank requirements. * Custodian of governance documentations of the company * Managed of Petty Cash * Ongoing System Testing -SAP and Finance. * Participate in projects as and when required. * Insurance Payments and reconciliations. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have: * Good Understanding of accounting Practice and ERP system ( SAP/ Oracle) * Good understanding of banking process and requirement * Good interpersonal & organization skills * 5 years of finance experience in the banking industry. * Management of Bank relationship * University degree with professional qualification such as MBA / Chartered Accountant |
