Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

•Manage employee relations programs (benefits and welfare).
•Assist with the management of employee communications platforms such as intranet and staff dialogues.
•Assist with the review and execution of HR policies.
•Assist with the talent acquisition process.
•Participate in other HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

•Degree or equivalent from a recognised university.
•At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proactive, creative, resourceful and a strong team player.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
