Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious French luxury brand of watches and fine jewellery. Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Manager to join their Abu Dhabi boutique.
You will assist all boutique staff and clients as required along with participating in daily cycle counts and weekly inventory reconciliation. You will also support the Sales Associates in providing the highest level of service excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for the general organisation and up-keep of the boutique including the cleaning of display cases and show windows, light dusting of fixtures as well as the organisation of watch and jewellery boxes. You will also help the visual merchandising team with display changes and uphold the brand image by maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have previous experience within luxury retail. You should also have a strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities. It is essential you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Due to the nature of the role, you should be available and willing to work on weekends.
