Employment: Full Time

The job entails over-all management of the building. It also require close coordination and excellent working relationship with the third-party maintenance providers. Role also includes supervision of tasks related to electrical and water supply; cleaning and security; work safety methods. Ensuring that employees work in a comfortable environment, devoid of any sort of discomforts at work would be the main goal as well.

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, the ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:

* Holding Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
* Having over 3 years of experience in office facilities management.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Must be a good team player
